Fine and evanescent foam. Clean, fresh nose, good cereal aromas, light malt, light honey, lemon leaf, light citrus, mostly malty, flowing mouth. It closes on a not very persistent bitterness, slightly astringent in the finish.

Quite fine and persistent foam, honey, floral and fruity scents, caramel, toffee. The hoppy component slowly emerges, turning on a light orange peel; hops very present in the mouth, dominant bitterness a little detached from the malty component.
